All ticket purchases, event registrations, or service bookings made through StartEazy are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another event or participant.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.


2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

  • In the rare event that an organizer cancels or postpones an event, StartEazy will assist in facilitating communication between the organizer and attendees.

  • Any decision regarding rescheduling, credits, or refunds will be solely at the discretion of the event organizer, not StartEazy.

  • StartEazy is a ticketing and event management platform, and is not responsible for the cancellation of third-party events.


3. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged twice due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, StartEazy will investigate and, if verified, process a full refund of the duplicate transaction within 7–10 business days.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

We will review the claim and take appropriate action after verification.


5. Policy Acknowledgment

By using our website and completing a purchase, you agree and understand that:

  • All sales are final.
